　?。?）、由于本工程雨棚安裝時(shí)搭設(shè)滿堂腳手架進(jìn)行施工，根據(jù)施工圖投測出地面定測點(diǎn)，再搭設(shè)腳手架，然后依據(jù)地面定測點(diǎn)，使用激光垂準(zhǔn)儀和采用拉線法將地面定測點(diǎn)投測到腳手架搭設(shè)平臺，確定鋼構(gòu)件安裝位置。

　　（2）、施工設(shè)施準(zhǔn)備采用汽車吊對較大鋼結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)件的進(jìn)行吊裝，用手動葫蘆輔助吊裝。另應(yīng)準(zhǔn)備電焊機(jī)、打磨機(jī)3臺、手電鉆、注膠槍、測量放線設(shè)備、油漆等各種雨棚施工隊(duì)常用的小型施工設(shè)備及輔助材料等，均應(yīng)在施工前準(zhǔn)備到位。

　　(2) The construction facilities are prepared to use a truck crane to lift larger steel structural components, with manual hoists assisting in the lifting process. 　　(2) Lift the steel pipe with a car crane, adjust the height of the canopy steel structure to determine, and then proceed with welding the steel structure. 　　1.1.3.8.雨棚鋼骨架結(jié)構(gòu)誤差測量和隱蔽驗(yàn)收完成雨棚鋼骨架安裝后，填寫《隱蔽驗(yàn)收單》附《雨棚鋼骨架結(jié)構(gòu)檢查表》報(bào)監(jiān)理單位驗(yàn)收。

The team will consist of one construction team leader, one truck crane driver, and 15 professional canopy construction team members (including inspectors, signalers, welders, mechanics, electricians, and laborers). 　?。?）待全部材料進(jìn)場且檢驗(yàn)合格，現(xiàn)場施工人員和施工設(shè)施準(zhǔn)備妥當(dāng)，即可進(jìn)行雨棚鋼骨架構(gòu)件安裝，雨棚安裝的主要技術(shù)依據(jù)為《依據(jù)測量放樣數(shù)據(jù)》、《施工圖》、《雨棚加工圖》、《雨棚安裝現(xiàn)場技術(shù)及交底》等。

　　(1) After all materials have entered the site and passed the inspection, and the on-site construction personnel and facilities are ready, the installation of the steel frame components for the canopy can be carried out. 　　（2）用汽車吊吊起鋼通，將雨棚鋼結(jié)構(gòu)高度調(diào)整確定后，即可進(jìn)行鋼結(jié)構(gòu)的焊接。根據(jù)定位線確定鋼結(jié)構(gòu)的標(biāo)高，先焊接主龍骨鋼通，再焊接橫向次龍骨鋼通，進(jìn)行邊部造型處的鋼結(jié)構(gòu)。

　　(2) Lift the steel pipe with a car crane, adjust the height of the canopy steel structure to determine, and then proceed with welding the steel structure. Determine the elevation of the steel structure based on the positioning line, first weld the main keel steel through, then weld the horizontal secondary keel steel through, and finally proceed with the steel structure at the edge shaping.

　　1.1.3.8.雨棚鋼骨架結(jié)構(gòu)誤差測量和隱蔽驗(yàn)收完成雨棚鋼骨架安裝后，填寫《隱蔽驗(yàn)收單》附《雨棚鋼骨架結(jié)構(gòu)檢查表》報(bào)監(jiān)理單位驗(yàn)收。

　　1.1.3.8. Error measurement and concealed acceptance of canopy steel frame structure. After the installation of canopy steel frame is completed, fill out the "Concealed Acceptance Form" and attach the "Canopy Steel Frame Structure Inspection Form" to report to the supervision unit for acceptance.

　　1.1.3.9.面板安裝待鋼骨架安裝驗(yàn)收完畢后，采用汽車吊及電動吸盤進(jìn)行玻璃面板的吊裝，利用滿堂腳手架安裝玻璃。

　　(2) According to the "Rainshed Glass Number Diagram", determine the position of each glass on the canopy and install the front control line. Due to the unevenness of the canopy steel structure, the glass support points need to be adjusted and leveled.
